In Autumn 2024, we were commissioned to deliver the Foundation Truck Tour across England, Scotland, and Wales.
Working with a fully customised exhibition trailer, we partnered closely with Estée Lauder and their collaborators to coordinate all logistics for stock, furniture, and site preparation, ensuring everything was ready for the campaign’s launch.
The tour was delivered in two distinct phases:

Phase One This leg visited nine premium city-centre locations where we managed venue sourcing, bookings, health and safety documentation, and full tour management.

Phase Two A seven-week tour of McArthurGlen Designer Outlets in the run-up to Christmas, with week-long residencies at each site. Our team managed logistics and onsite installation.
Once the tour was underway, our team seamlessly transitioned between the two phases — managing long days, overnight drives, and challenging winter weather to keep the campaign running smoothly.
