Estée Lauder Foundation Truck

In Autumn 2024, we were commissioned to deliver The Estée Lauder Foundation Tour across England, Scotland, and Wales.

Working with a fully customised exhibition trailer, we partnered closely with Estée Lauder and their collaborators to coordinate all logistics for stock, furniture, and site preparation, ensuring everything was ready for the campaign’s launch.

The tour was delivered in two distinct phases:

  • Phase One focused on the Estée Lauder brand directly, where we managed venue sourcing, bookings, health and safety documentation, and full tour management. This leg visited nine premium city-centre locations.

  • Phase Two supported the group’s Retail Channel, overseeing logistics for a seven-week tour of McArthurGlen Designer Outlets in the run-up to Christmas, with week-long residencies at each site.

Once the tour was underway, our team seamlessly transitioned between the two phases — managing long days, overnight drives, and challenging winter weather to keep the campaign running smoothly.

The Result

The tour exceeded client expectations across every key metric.

Our collaboration with Estée Lauder has continued into 2025, including an activation at the Manchester United v Manchester City Women’s Football Match at Old Trafford and supporting the brand at activations with Sephora.
