IBM SECURITY CYBER TACTICAL OPERATIONS CENTRE

IBM’s ’X-Force Command’ asked us to deliver their cybersecurity roadshow across the USA and Europe.

Using a double-pod expandable trailer with an optional canopy, the tour started in New York in October 2018, before travelling to four more US cities and then heading to Europe.

We handled all logistics including shipping the trailer to the UK, arranging import documents, and conversion of the trailer ready for European roads.  Upon arrival in the UK we worked to ensure everything was certified and ready to head out in January 2019.

Our team of Class 1 drivers and touring staff provide full support on the road, delivering everything, setting up and packing down.  We handle all logistics including ferry bookings, tolls, temporary travel documents, and liaison with host sites.  We also play a key role during each event, ensuring everything is ready for visitors, greeting clients, and supporting the IBM team during sessions.

In 2019 alone the tour spent over 200 days on the road, visiting 13 countries and 18 cities on mainland Europe, UK and Republic of Ireland.  IBM continue to use this unique tool to educate their target market and drive sales.
