- A driver who will deliver the trailer, set it up, pack it down and support your team
- Foamex graphics to the 'wings' and 'header board' on the trailer or spot graphics on the vehicle
- An allowance to cover on-the-road costs including fuel for travel (within the mainland UK)
- Dedicated support from our team to help you plan your roadshow and make it a success!
Of course, you can add additional weeks, ask us to supply Brand Ambassadors, customise the trailer, hire furniture, and use our other services - such as our venue-finding service - but our Roadshow Starter Package is specifically designed for businesses who need a lower-cost entry point to the Roadshow market and are looking to start small.

Roadshow Starter Package FAQs
This will depend on whether we have trailers and drivers available. If we do then we can produce graphics and have you on the road within a week or two.
You will need to have booked sites and have everything in place on your side and you need to give yourself sufficient time to plan and market your events. It is typically this aspect which slows the process down, rather than trailer availability.
Typically anyone just starting out in roadshows needs at least a few weeks lead time and we can work with you to make sure you have everything in place.

No, we will provide your driver.
We don't offer a self-drive service so our driver will deliver the trailer to each of your sites, set it up, pack it down and make sure it is always clean and ready for your visitors.
All you need to supply is the staff to run the actual roadshow events, or we can help you with that if you need us to.
Included in the most basic package is one of our trailers with foamex graphics on the header board and wings. You can then add further graphics, equipment, furniture, and customisations according to your budget.
You can either hire these additional elements through us or if you already have them then we can carry them for you.

The £8,499 is a starting price which covers a trailer (or exhibition vehicle), graphics, a towing vehicle, plus a driver, all on a seven-day hire.
Also included is an allowance to cover on-the-road costs such as fuel, tolls and parking. The allowance is typically enough to cover 3-4 locations within the mainland UK over the seven-day period.
Not included are venue hire fees, any costs related to your own staff, products for giveaways, marketing materials, furniture hire or other 'add-ons' that you might want to add to your package, or the cost of hotels for the driver (where required).
Absolutely!
The £7,499 is a starting price, designed to give businesses and organisations the chance to try out the roadshow concept with a relatively low-cost package. However, we know it can be difficult to fit everything into a week, particularly when you're trying to work with the availability of multiple locations.
You can add a second week and as some of the costs are already covered in the first week the second will be at a lower cost. It may also be possible for some dates to take place at a later date, if needed, depending on trailer availability and other factors.
