Case Study: Estee Lauder Foundation Truck

In Autumn 2024 we were asked to deliver the Estée Lauder Foundation tour across England, Scotland, and Wales.

We worked with a fully customised exhibition trailer and collaborated closely with Estée Lauder and their partners to co-ordinate logistics for stock and furniture, ensuring everything was ready for the campaign’s launch.

The tour was split into two phases. The first phase involved working directly with the Estée Lauder brand, where we took charge of venue sourcing, bookings, health and safety documentation, and full tour management. This leg of the tour stopped at nine premium city-center locations. In parallel, we worked with the group’s Retail Channel to oversee logistics for a seven-week tour, where the trailer spent week-long residencies at McArthur Glen Outlets in the run-up to Christmas.

Once the tour was underway, we seamlessly transitioned between the two legs, managing long days, overnight drives, and navigating sometimes challenging weather as we approached Christmas.

The tour consistently exceeded all client expectations across every metric and our relationship has continued into 2025 with the latest tour date being at the Manchester United v Manchester City Women’s Football Match at Old Trafford.  This date saw hundreds of visitors matched for the perfect shade of foundation and exceptional levels of data capture for the client.
