Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Brewco Marketing Group Limited (“the Promoter”).

  1. The prize draw is open to attendees of the event taking place in England on 25–26 September.

  2. The promotion opens at 9:30am on 25 September and closes at 4:45pm on 26 September. Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

  3. To qualify for entry, participants must successfully score a minimum of two (2) baskets out of five (5) attempts at the basketball net challenge.

  4. Upon successful completion of the challenge, participants may submit their details to enter the prize draw.

  5. One entry per person.

  6. No purchase is necessary to enter.

  7. There is one (1) prize available: a £200 Red Letter Days voucher.

  8. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday 2 March.

  9. The winner will be notified by email or telephone no later than Friday 6 March. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  10. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

  12. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  13. Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the administration of the prize draw and for marketing purposes. By entering, participants consent to being contacted for marketing communications. Participants may opt out at any time.

  14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  15. This promotion is governed by the laws of England & Wales and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
