This roadshow used a 10.5tonne truck to visit key hospital sites in the UK.
Inside were two pieces of medical equipment each weighing up to half a tonne, which were safely installed and transported by our team.
Once onsite the roadshow truck was set up and prepared by our driver, ready for the client team to arrive onsite ready to do presentations.
During sessions the client’s sales team demonstrated the devices to invited clinicians, having chosen strategic timings and locations for the roadshow to visit.
By choosing the roadshow format the client was able to choose their own locations and plan the roadshow for times that fitted with their target market, rather than having to rely on trade shows and external events for exposure.
The roadshow truck allowed for a professional environment that could be customised, branded and furnished to create a welcoming environment for their visitors and the truck was able to be placed easily in hospital car parks to allow clinicians to visit whilst taking as little time as possible away from their busy roles.
The truck allowed for a demonstration area, a comfortable seating and hosting area and an area to serve refreshments, all in an enviroment with heating and air-conditioning.
Over an eight month planning period our team worked hand in hand with the client team to plan logistics, vet sites and support the planning process.
