A O Smith’s High Efficiency Revolution Tour visited wholesale and distributor locations, allowing contractors, plumbers, specifying engineers, builders and consumers to get to know the company's range of water heaters.
The Tour gave visitors the chance to touch and feel the products in a showroom setting, rather than just hearing or reading about them. The company were keen for visitors to see how products worked, how they fit in the space and for professionals to be able to leave with the ability to promote the products to end consumers.
There was also a valuable opportunity to ask questions in person and have discussions with representatives.
BMG’s team of two people managed the tour over a period of two years, handling logistics and onsite setup, as well as giving presentations to visitors.
